Description
Carry your toiletries, stationery, or crafting tools with this uniquely-patterned travel bag.
Made with traditional Japanese fabrics for a unique and recognizable look. A new, stiff lining holds its shape, or collapses easily for packing. The fastenable leather handle makes it easy to take on-the-go. An inner pocket keeps essentials easy-to-find and out of the way.
This patterned fabric was hand-printed in Kyoto. It depicts Tsubaki, or Camellia flowers, which have been a popular symbol since Edo Japan (1600s). Since the flowers fall off all at once rather than petal by petal, they had a strong association with Samurai and warriors. Nowadays, they are a symbol of beauty, love, and longing.
